5th Annual Convocation

The 5th Annual Convocation of Shri Vaishnav Vidyapeeth Vishwavidyalaya, Indore is scheduled on December 26, 2022 (Monday) at 03:00 PM in the University Campus. Justice J.K.Maheshwari, Hon’ble Judge, Supreme Court of India will be the Chief Guest on this occasion. A personal communication in this regard is being sent to you separately by the Head of your Institute/School for registration and also through the notification on University’s website (www.svvv.edu.in).

 

You would very much appreciate that attending Convocation to receive a degree in person is an opportunity that comes once in a lifetime. I am sure that you will cherish being a part of this. I am personally inviting you to attend this prestigious function.

 Important Points:

You are invited in Rehearsals of the Convocation as per following schedule:

 

  • First Rehearsal is scheduled on Saturday, December 24, 2022 at University Campus- Reporting Time: 4:00 pm.
  • Second Rehearsal is scheduled on December 25, 2022 at University Campus- Reporting Time: 2:30 pm.

Please report at University Auditorium as per given time.

Dress Code for Convocation:

  • Girls: Off White Salwar Kameez/ Saree with Black Shoes/Black Leather Sandals.
  • Boys: White Shirt and Black Trouser/ White Kurta Pyjama with Black Leather Sandals/ Black Shoes.
  • Boys and Girls: White Shirt and Black Trouser with Black Leather Sandals/ Black Shoes.

Note: Jacket and Uttari will be issued on December 26, 2022 (Monday) between 12:00 pm to 01:30 pm at University Auditorium against the refundable deposit of Rs. 1000/-
