About SVIFS

Shri Vaishnav Institute of Forensic Science (SVIFS) was established as a premiere institute in 2016 with a scientific approach through a team of highly qualified academicians to promote excellence in forensic science. The Institute aims to provide practical knowledge and theoretical aspects in this field. Hence frequent visits to police stations and Forensic Science Laboratories are planned as a part of the curriculum. The institute organizes various activities such as model making, posters, moot court and trial competitions, Forensic exhibitions, Guest Lectures, conferences, etc., to inculcate the overall development of the student in this field. The Institute has an approach to evolve strong research programs in plenty of areas where practical knowledge of forensic science shall accelerate various practices in the civil and criminal justice systems.

Shri Vaishnav Institute of Forensic Science offers comprehensive programs designed to equip students with critical skills for diverse fields. From BSc Forensic Science and BSc Digital and Cyber Forensics to BSc Psychology and BA/BSc Criminology, each program emphasizes the importance of understanding human behavior, forensic techniques, and crime prevention strategies.
