“I take the pleasure in welcoming you to Shri Vaishnav Institute of technology and Science, SVVV, Indore, an institute dedicated to the proper growth and development of each and every student for a better career prospect.
Shri Vaishnav Institute of Technology and Science (SVITS) is having a glorious past of about 25 years, as it has been the foremost institution of higher technical education in the state of Madhya Pradesh. This institution of higher technical learning has immensely contributed to the nation building by providing technical intellect talent possessing latest analytical, design, practical and managerial skills. As SVITS, works diligently to realize its mission of providing the best learning, teaching and research opportunities to students and academicians alike, it continues to supply students with the basics of modern knowledge and high values.
Our students have infiltrated into all sectors be it government, private or public to serve the country in various capacities. Our competent faculty and the State of The Art Laboratories and infrastructure together with compulsory 6 months internship programme at an industry of repute help them in developing their overall personality to meet the challenges at global level and come out with the optimum solutions.
The institute provides full support to improve their communication skills, critical thinking abilities, moral values and sense of responsibility. All efforts are made to improve the creativity and problem solving abilities of the students so that they can contribute their best to the society and the country.
The infrastructure has been developed with most modern equipment; provisions have also been made to upgrade the same keeping pace with the technological advancements of the time.
SVITS has a team of highly qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty who devote their time not only to teaching but also for the overall development of the students. Further, faculties from other renowned institutions are invited to deliver guest lecturers to help augment their studies beyond syllabus.
The research activities of our faculty lead to an extraordinary enrichment of the experience of our students that is realized at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. The research training provided to our graduate students creates the next generation of scholars well-prepared to advance knowledge and transfer technology. The extension of research opportunities to an ever-increasing group of undergraduate students adds a dimension of experience to the undergraduate education that simply cannot be duplicated in the classroom.
We extend a warm invitation to the organizations/companies looking for budding engineers to visit our serene campus for a possible human resource par excellence. We are also looking for mutual association and collaboration with the industry at various other levels, for example, guest lectureships, workshops, laboratory mentorships, joint R & D projects etc., and would highly appreciate industry participation in this endeavor.
