In a world where the complexities of crime and justice are ever evolving, a collaborative and interdisciplinary approach has become essential for ensuring truth and fairness. Recognizing the need for integration across diverse yet interconnected fields, Shri Vaishnav Institute of Law (SVIL) and Shri Vaishnav Institute of Forensic Science (SVIFS) are proud to present "Nyayarth", a National Conference dedicated to exploring the confluence of law, language, and forensic science
This interdisciplinary platform aims to bring together legal professionals, forensic experts, linguists, academicians, researchers, scholars, and students from across the country to share knowledge, research findings, and innovative practices. The conference will explore how the precise use of language in legal contexts, supported by forensic evidence and scientific reasoning, can contribute to a more transparent and effective justice system.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
The abstract should not exceed 250 words and must be in 12-point font size. Times New Roman font on MS Word with 1.5 line spacing, along with the name(s) and address of the author(s), affiliation, contact details & e-mail id.
Abstract should include:

- Essays: 2,500 – 4,000 words
- Case Comments: 2,000 – 3,000 words

- Sub-title: 14 font size (Bold)

- Alignment: Justified
- Margins: 0.75” on all sides

Originality & Plagiarism
- Manuscript must be original and unpublished.
- Similarity upto 10% is acceptable.

Certificate of excellence will be awarded to the best oral and poster presentations.
GUIDELINES FOR ORAL AND POSTER PRESENTATION
- Oral presentation must be in MS PowerPoint in slides with a ratio of 16:9.
- For poster presentation: File format: .ppt or .pptx, Orientation: Landscape.
- Do not include affiliations or logos of your institution in the presentation.
- The time limit for each presentation is 7 minutes, followed by a 2-minute Q&A session.
- During the presentation session, the presenters have to join the sessions by re- naming their Zoom names with the assigned codes only.
- Presenters need to have their video 'ON' during the entire presentation.
- The presenters will be assessed by the chairpersons.
- A certificate will be awarded to participants who deliver oral or poster presentations.
- In case of multiple authors, all authors will have to separately register.
